Associate Position
Responsibilities/Opportunities:
Working closely with partners of the firm, entry
level associates are responsible for defining,
structuring, and performing a broad range of analyses,
managing the efforts of analysts and senior analysts,
and communicating findings to team members and
clients. With experience, they take on more
project management and client relationship responsibilities. Associates
demonstrating strong performance and potential
for continued professional growth are considered
for election to the partnership after approximately
six years.
Qualifications:
Associate candidates should be self-starting and
highly motivated problem-solvers with expertise
in the fields of microeconomics, finance, and quantitative
decision-making. Candidates also should
be good communicators, both orally and in writing,
and team-players. Strong computer skills
and proficiency with spreadsheet applications is
required. Those seeking to join NorthBridge
as an associate generally should be expecting or
already possessing a graduate degree (MBA, MA,
MS, or PhD). Energy industry experience is
not required. The Associate position is open
to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
