Associate

Responsibilities:

Working closely with principals and directors of the firm, entry level Associates are responsible for defining, structuring, and performing a broad range of analyses, managing the efforts of analysts, and communicating findings to team members and clients. With experience, they take on more project management and client relationship responsibilities. Associates demonstrating strong performance and potential for continued professional growth are considered for election to the partnership after approximately six years.

Qualifications:

Associate candidates should be imaginative analytical problem-solvers who are comfortable with microeconomic and quantitative decision-making concepts, good communicators both orally and in writing, and team-players. Familiarity with the energy industry is not required. Candidates should be expecting or already possessing a graduate degree (MBA, MA or PhD). The Associate position is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
