We do not play a "numbers game" at
NorthBridge, hiring many, then weeding out employees in subsequent
years through a programmed “up-or-out” approach.
Instead, we search for people expecting or already possessing
an MBA, Masters, or PhD degree who could one day become a partner
at our firm. We also seek out qualified recent or prospective
college graduates interested in gaining valuable experience,
with the expectation that they will enter a graduate program
after a few years at NorthBridge. Finally, we do have summer
internships available for graduate students. We do not require
our new hires to have energy industry experience.
